Hello,
I have this option set in admin so that renewal of free listings is an option. Say someone joins a package that is free for 30 days. If I change the package to 60 days before they renew do I understand it correct that they will still only have 30 days AND when they update their profile it will change to 60 days?
Yes, if you change package to 60 days then all the renewal will set 60 days to the listing expiry.
Also, regarding “Prices and Payments” “Notifications” are the “PRE EXPIRY NOTIFICATIONS TO CLIENTS” only sent to expiring listings or do they also go out for paid listings?
It will send pre expiry notification for all listings which expire date falls in pre expiry days set.
Is it correct that the expiry notifications do not go out to subscription listing users when their listings are about to be renewed automatically?
Expiry notifications do not send to the listings which have recurring package(auto renewal).
Is there a time when paid listings will receive an expiry notification? If so, please explain.
Expiry notifications will be send to the client depends on what you have set at GeoDirectory > Price & Payments > pre expiry notice days (all three). Once listing expiry date falls in the pre-expiry period it will sen pre-expiry notification to the client.
If a paid listing is not paid and is set to “Expire, Downgrade to” a “Free Listing” what kind of notification does the user receive and when? Or do they not receive one until the free listing is set to expire?
no it does not send notification to the client on “Expire, Downgrade to” a “Free Listing”. It will send notification again when it falls again pre-expiry period.

KiranFTP credentials are working now, but admin credentials still not working.
I found that you are using too old version of GD plugins. You need to update those plugins manually. Plugins version you have installed does not have auto updates.
Download recent plugins from https://wpgeodirectory.com/your-account/ and overwrites in plugins/ directory.

The plugin “Speed Booster Pack” causing JavaScript error and it breaking the other JavaScript functionality on the page.
I have unticked Speed Booster Pack > “Move scripts to the footer” and now searching is working fine.Thanks,

You have disabled post type at GeoDirectory > Design > Navigation > Allow post type to add from frontend.
Try again after enabling it.

You are using too old plugins. You need to update those plugins manually. Plugins version you have installed does not have auto updates.
Here are some outdated plugins:

GeoDirectory Location Manager (current version: 1.5.63)

GD Booster (current version: 1.2.52)Download recent plugins from https://wpgeodirectory.com/your-account/ and overwrites in plugins/ directory.
