    I am being redirected to home page upon clicking the Proceed to check out button. (hb2bn.com)

    Also, I added code snippets and use a redirect but it is not working either. The gd sign up and register display.

    I upgraded to php 7 and it had no affect. I have disabled all plugins to test check out and it did not work. I cleared the cache and still it did not work.

    Hi Steve,

    this issue, of redirecting to the home page on submission of the preview page is usually related to sessions issues with the server configuration.

    Please send over FTP and we will do a test on the server (without making other changes) to see if this is the issue here or not.

    I will be glad to do so. When you say “server” configuration are you meaning the “entire box” the dedicated server? Because if the answer is “yes” then it begs the question. “Why are all the other geodirectory sites not having the same issue?

    V2 has been changed quite a bit to bypass the issue.

    Ask your host to check all sessions settings and to try and write and read a session from the backend.

    FTP info is needed here for the debugging.

    I tried the credentials up top but got invalid password.
