Hello,
You have disabled right sidebar on listings page in GeoDirectory > Design > Listings.
I have enabled it and now map is working fine.
Thanks,
KiranHello Metro,
If you disable geodir_wp_session as well then GeoDirectory features will not works as expected.
BTW which caching system you are using? are you caching pages via server or via WordPress plugin?
Kiran

Hello,
Currently there is no alternative way to cancel subscription from website other then from payment gateway site like PayPal.
The next release will be around last week of this month.
Kiran
The current package should be in package list because sometimes customer wants to extend listing expiry without changing the package. Just like a renew listing.

Hello Collin,
I ticked “Place” post type in GeoDirectory > Design > Navigation > User Dashboard Post Type Navigation Settings > “Show listing link in user dashboard” and the author page shows links for the author’s listings.
See https://findmeautorepair.com/author/geodir/Let us know.

KiranHello Julie,
I have checked and found that “Yoast SEO” plugin causing redirect problem. I checked after disabling that plugin and GD author page worked fine.
You are using older version of Yoast SEO plugin, please update it first. Here is similar problem resolved in past: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/false-redirect-after-klick-my-entries/#post-347868
Let us know.
Thanks,
KiranThe error “Error: The subscription plan in Stripe could not be created, please try again.” came due to changes in recent Stripe API from Stripe Team.
We have already upgraded our plugin with recent Stripe API changes and i have updated patch on your site too.I have updated patch on site by using FTP credentials given here https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/listing-status-before-payment-has-been-made/#post-418323
Let us know if you have any other site which have same issue, i will update patch there too.
Thanks,
KiranHi Julie,
Thanks you for providing more details.
Please try to disable non GeoDirectory plugins one by one and check if the problem still occurs. This will help you to find excat reason for the problem, whether the problem occurring due to our plugin or any 3rd party plugin!
Or allow us do disable plugins from our side.Kiran
Hello Lise,
It’s just, I noticed that I did not get to see the upgrade/renew link in Kiran’s test listing but he obviously did. The listings that look different to me have been added by other people. All my own listings seem to look ok. Took me awhile to figure that out since I have had an assistant add some listings.
Only listing author can see renew/upgrade listing link.
“Renew” replaces the “upgrade” when a listing is about to expire, right.
> Renew link visible to listing author IF the listing has post status “draft” OR the listing expire date falls within pre-expiry period (Ex: listing has expire date 2018-03-06 & pre-expiry notification is 5 days then from date 2018-03-01 “Renew” link visible to the author).
> Upgrade link visible to listing author IF the listing has status other then “draft” AND the listing expire date not falls in pre-expiry period AND the listing’s current package has enabled “Has Upgrades” option from package settings.I think maybe the discount code is what I have to do if people start to misuse the 30-day free trial.
Yes, you can manage this via discount code. Discounts has feature to restrict the usage like limit usage to particular item(package), limit total no. of uses, limit no. of uses per user.
Let us know if you have any query 🙂
Thanks,
Kiranthe same error message is back.
Please provide screenshot or let us know which error you are talking about.
Thanks,
KiranPlease try after clearing your browser cache.
Hi Patrick,
Variables %%location%% %%location_single%% %%location_country%% %%location_region%% %%location_city%% %%location_neighbourhood%% only works if there is any location set in url.
These variables shows current location values but in listing detail page you have disabled adding locations from permalink settings. Try to use full listing with location from GeoDirectory > Permalinks.
