    Hi,

    The Author page desapeared.
    I checked permalinks and the login page is linked to one page in the menu.
    When I go to this menu item, nothing appear except the GD home page.

    I don’t know what happened.

    The author page is not linked from GD Permalinks and there is no actual WP page for that.
    Can you post your URL and WP admin details in a private reply so we can check your settings?

    Hi Julie,

    Thanks you for providing more details.

    Please try to disable non GeoDirectory plugins one by one and check if the problem still occurs. This will help you to find excat reason for the problem, whether the problem occurring due to our plugin or any 3rd party plugin!
    Or allow us do disable plugins from our side.

    So, I disabled all the plugins one by one and nothing changed.

    More over I did a mistake : I disabled GD location manager and now it asks me for the licence key…I don’t know where I can find it, cause when I bought the add-on I directly got the zip. file

    Hello Julie,

    I have checked and found that “Yoast SEO” plugin causing redirect problem. I checked after disabling that plugin and GD author page worked fine.

    You are using older version of Yoast SEO plugin, please update it first. Here is similar problem resolved in past: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/false-redirect-after-klick-my-entries/#post-347868

    I changed Yoast SEO settings and it’s working now.
