Hi Elena,
Thanks for providing details.
I have looked into your site, now i need to know:
– In which language main place is created?
– Which method you have used to translate main place. Via WPML duplicate translation method or via WPML standard translation method?
– When franchises were created under main place? After place translation or before place translation?
– Are franchises were created under main place or under translated place?Let us know.
Thanks,

Location is the page title of the location page which is displayed via SEO meta variable %%title%%.
Please check location page SEO variables at
– Pages > Location > SEO Settings (if you are using Yoast SEO meta settings)
OR
– GeoDirectory > Title & Metas > Location page meta title (if you are using GeoDirectory SEO meta settings)Similar question replied at here see #1 https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/display-neighborhood-in-title-bar-and-page-title/#post-341979

October 22, 2017 at 5:54 pm in reply to: checkout page – email notices and add an edit link (button) #402003Hi There,
Let us know first that are you using Invoicing + Payment Manager or still using Payment Manager alone? We have recently released Invoicing plugin to enhancing payment system.
I am replying assuming that you are using Invoicing + Payment Manager.
When the listing preview confirmed during add listing process, it creates listing entry in database with status(default new listing status). It also creates entry for invoice and redirect to checkout page.
Here confirming preview listing means user is agree to submit listing and continue to pay for the listing.
The email is sent same time once listing is submitted by the user.Pay by cheque is a one type of manual payment system and for this payment system there is no way to get instant notification from the gateway site just like PayPal allows instant notifications. So once you receive payment via cheque you have to manually mark the invoice to Paid from Invoice backend page.
In Invoicing plugin there is no way to Go Back and Edit option.

Hello,
I have updated listing slug to “businesses” under GeoDirectory > Permalinks Settings.
Now all listings links have “businesses” slug.
Archive page – https://boomgh.com/businesses/
Category page – https://boomgh.com/businesses/engineering/
Listing detail page – https://boomgh.com/businesses/ghana/western-region-1/takoradi-1/engineering/planters-enterprise-2/To change the text “Place” or “Places” within pages, you can change it via translation or you can use our addon “Custom Post Types”. With this addon you can easily manage custom post type slugs & labels.
Let us know.

Hi Lana,
I checked in your site back end and found that you have assigned same page to “GD Home page” & “Location page” at GeoDirectory > Permalinks Settings > GeoDirectory Pages.
You should choose separate page for “GD Home page” & “Location page”. I have created “GD Home” and assigned to GeoDirectory > Permalinks Settings > GD Home page.
Now after clearing permalinks cache seems regions pages working fine.Let us know.

This reply has been marked as private.Hi There,
Please send us admin credentials, so we can look into your site.
By doing following thingz you can set default country “AU” to old invoices.
– Complete delete all invoices from Invoicing > Invoices (which are merged from Payment Manager and need to set AU as default country)
– Set default country to AU from Invoicing Settings
– Go to Invoicing > Tools > Merge InvoicesDo’t forget to take backup database before doing this.
If this not works for you, let us provide FTP & Database server details. We will assist you more.

Hi Issac,
I have checked and found that one of your plugin “WP deferred javaScript” causing jQuery JavaScript errors on the pages and it breaks the rest of JavaScript functionality on the page.
I tried after disabling that plugin and things works fine for me.Let us know.
Thanks,
KiranHi Wes,
It seems there is conflict between two different version of jQuery JavaScript files. One jQuery file v1.12.4 is loaded by WordPress from it’s library and another jQuery file v2.2.3 is loaded via your child theme (…/themes/XXXXX-child/js/jquery-2.2.3.min.js?ver=2.2.3).
The conflicts between this two jQuery files breaks things on page. Please try to dequeue the jQuery file that included via your child theme.
Let us know.
Thanks,
Kiran -
