Your site is running with some old version of plugins. Please update those plugins so we can investigate more.

Do you have any customization done for business hours or timepicker or time settings?

Provide us FTP credentials in case we require to debug.

Hi DAVID,

Yes, some variables are depends usage by plugin. Like GD has its own some variables %%location%%.

You can try %%_post_tags%% to show tags on detail page titles & meta.

Hi Rich,

WordPress loads its on jQuery core & jQueryUI library. Using another jQuery core & jQueryUI library may conflicts. This conflicts can cause unexpected errors that breaks functionality on the pages.

WordPress loads following JavaScript already.
/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js
/wp-includes/js/jquery/ui/core.min.js
/wp-includes/js/jquery/ui/widget.min.js
/wp-includes/js/jquery/ui/position.min.js
/wp-includes/js/jquery/ui/menu.min.js

Try to remove extra jQuery that you added.

Hello fer,

Font-Awesome library was disabled on backend from Settings > Font Awesome > Enqueue. I have selected option to load Font-Awesome library on backend too. Now field opens when clicked on icon.

There was some updates in Avada v6.2 that affected GeoDirectory plugin. We have released GeoDirectory v2.0.0.77 with Avada v6.2 compatibility.

Hi onleines,

Currently it is not possible to show map view for franchises on detail page without customization. Also two maps on one page may conflict and will not show results as expected.

You can show “Show All” link which shows all franchises with map there.
