Thank you for the kind offer for set up but that would only be the start. I know that if I am struggling with the basics, more complex set up e.g setting up payments will not be easy and I don’t fancy contacting you each time.
I thought this was a “if you’re not entirely satisfied” type guarantee but it appears not to be the case. If I don’t qualify for a refund I would rather you just say, rather than going backwards and forwards.
