If you need to use more than one location, you’ll need to use the “Location Manager plugin”. You can change the default “red line” under categories using the custom CSS below.
.gd-cptcat-row .gd-cptcat-title { border-bottom: 1px solid #000; }
Use the custom CSS below to customize the grey bar. Add the custom CSS code into GD > Design > Script > Custom Style CSS code.

You can try inserting the title on every page and wrap it in H1 tag. Apply this into your header.php . Let us know if it’s what you’re looking for.
