Thanks for your post. Geodirectory is a plugin and not a theme. Try installing following the instructions here https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/step-by-step-guide-to-install-a-wordpress-plugin-for-beginners/ .

Once you’ve done that, follow the instructions here https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/getting-started/
