Hi Nunnapas,
Thanks for your reply. I’ll try to answer your questions accordingly.
1. Fix it by using this custom CSS code.
html.js { margin-top: 0px !important; }2. Could you list the steps to replicate it?
3. Could you check now?
Thanks!

Thanks for your post. Could you install the email log plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/email-log/ and see what went through when a listing is created?
Thanks!

October 1, 2018 at 3:30 pm in reply to: How to make some listing content un-editable for listing claimers #448362Hi Rafaela,
Thanks for your reply. I’ve just tested some custom CSS code and it doesn’t seem possible to achieve what you needed there. I’ll forward this to a developer for a second look.
Thanks!
October 1, 2018 at 3:21 pm in reply to: Add Place: Custom fields needs to be in multi-columns, instead of a #448361Hi mical,
Thanks for your post. Since you’ve so many custom fields, have you tried using “multi-select custom fields” and see if it’s what you’re looking for? https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-place-settings/#multiselect
thanks!
Hi Sam,
Try using the custom CSS code below and see if it helps.
.geodir-company_info .geodir_more_info ul li { list-style: circle!important; }Hi Mical,
Thanks for your reply. You can add scroll to the filters using the custom CSS code below. Insert into Gd > Design > Scripts > Custom Style CSS
.sd.home .featured-area .geodir-filter-container, .sd.sd-location .featured-area .geodir-filter-container { position: relative!important; height: 300px!important; overflow: scroll!important; }October 1, 2018 at 11:02 am in reply to: No Records Found Sorry, no records were found. Please adjust your search criter #448331Hi Erwan,
Thanks for your reply. That license key can be ignored for now. If you’ve inserted the license keys for all GD addons then you’ll be fine. Could you update the login credentials here again so that we could check on it?
Thanks!
Hi Cheryl,
I’ve adjusted it using custom CSS code and could you check and see if it’s what you’re looking for?
span.geodir-i-location { display: block; }Hi Cheryl,
Thanks for your reply and I’m sorry for overlooking this. Checking on this now.
Thanks!
October 1, 2018 at 4:21 am in reply to: No Records Found Sorry, no records were found. Please adjust your search criter #448304Hi Erwan Pierrès,
Thanks for your reply. You don’t need a license key for the “Geodirectory” core plugin. It’s a free software and only the addons require subscriptions. I hope this clears it up.
Thanks!
Hi Simone,
Thanks for your reply. Could you please check if you’ve installed the correct version? Check out the attached screenshot. If not, share your WP admin access in private reply and we’ll check on it.
