    Hi there,

since few days whenever I activate the GeoDirectory Advance Search Filters, I get an Internal Server Error. This happens only in the front end. I can stil access all the functions of the Dashboard.

I tried to switch to the default Twenty Seventeen theme and deactivate all other non GeoDirectory plugins and the problem still exist.

    Any idea?

    Thanks,

    Simone

    Hi,

It seems something is using more resources of hosting. Can you please contact your hosting provider regarding this? They will give us the reason for the issue. They may have a log for this which only they can see. Let us know the reply from the hosting team so that we can fix this issue.

    Regards,
    Patrik

    Hi Patrik,

here the answer of my hosting

“Unfortunately, the server errorlog shows only that the process is aborting. There is no error message.

However, I’ve checked, witch system requirements the plugin GeoDirectory Advance Search needs.
GeoDirectory Advance SearchIt needs PHP version 5.3. This is a totally outdated PHP version. Its no longer available on our servers.

Thus, you can not use this plugin with a current WordPress version or current PHP version.”

I’d like to pint out that the plugin was working fine until a week ago. Since then though no major change were made (only CSS changes).

    Thanks a lot,

    Simone

    Hi Antonella,

Check now, issue has been fixed. You have not selected any page under GeoDirectory > Permalinks > Location Page.
