Hi Sacha,
Thanks for your reply. I’ve checked your Website and I don’t see any issues with the Category Word. Check out the attached screenshot. Could you show us a screenshot of what you’re getting there?
Thanks!
Hi Kevin,
Thanks for your reply. I’ve just inspected your Website and I noticed that you’re using two cache plugins. Kindly try deactivating the 3rd party cache plugin and see if it fixes the issue you had there. If not, try deactivating all non-gd plugins and see if it helps.
Thanks!

Hi Simon,
Try using the custom CSS code below and see if it fixes the issue you had there?
div#geodir_accept_term_condition_row { text-align: center!important; } .geodir_taxonomy_field {width:100%!important}Hi Simon,
Thanks for your post. Could you try using the custom CSS code below and see if it helps? Insert into GD > Design > Scripts > Custom Style CSS
input#post_address { margin-bottom: 0px!important; }Hi Leigh,
Thanks for your post. Just checked your Website and I’m able to see the issue you’re referring to. How about pushing it down a little bit using custom CSS and see if it helps?
.search-results #geodir_wrapper {margin-top:230px!important}Hi Alex,
Thanks for your post. Unfortunately, what you needed there isn’t something that is currently possible to achieve out of the box and would require customization.
Thanks!
Hi Jason,
Thanks for your post. Just inspected the Website and it looks like they are using a 3rd party theme. You can check out some of our official themes here https://wpgeo.directory/ and see if it suits your needs. And here is where you can download/purchase it https://wpgeodirectory.com/downloads/category/themes/
Thanks!
September 10, 2018 at 3:55 am in reply to: %location% placeholder in category description is not working #445963Hi Marc,
Thanks for your post. Those placeholders can only be applied in Gd > Titles & Metas. Where did you put them?
Thanks!
Hi Jeremy,
Thanks for your reply. Yes, you can install GD in multisite. But you can’t share information between the multisite. I hope this clears it up.
Thanks!
September 10, 2018 at 2:26 am in reply to: Increasing size limitations on text on mobile template #445958Hi Max,
Thanks for your reply. I think you’ve misunderstood the meaning of ellipsis. Anyway, to fix this, you can either resize the text or use the custom CSS code below.
@media (max-width: 668px) { .sd.home .cat-link, .sd.sd-location .cat-link { overflow: visible!important; } }Hi Jeremy,
Thanks for your post. Unfortunately, there isn’t a way to link both GD in a multisite and your users would have to have a profile on both city.com and city2.com to manage the listings.
Thanks!
