Which theme are you using? Supreme Directory should work out of the box. If not, share WP admin access in private reply and we’ll check on it.

Thanks for your reply. Not sure why we can’t replicate this on our end. Let’s try troubleshooting this further. Could you please deactivate all plugins including GD and activate the Supreme Directory theme and see if it works?

Thanks for your post. You’ll need to first create a custom page for your homepage following the instructions here. https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/layout/#home . Then you can populate the custom homepage with information using shortcodes https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-shortcodes/ . Once you’ve done that, you just need to insert a hyperlink on the navigation menu to the custom GD page.
