Thanks for your post. Could you please share your Website URL here and WP login credentials so that we could check on it? You can use the private reply option below. In the meantime, could try going through this quick conflict test and see if it helps? To do that, deactivate all non-gd plugins and see if your issue still persists. If it works, then reactivate each non-gd plugins one by one to see which one is causing the issue you had there.
