Hi Leigh,
Thanks for your post. Did you set up your packages as shown in the attached screenshot?https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/prices-and-payments-add-on-overview/#prices
Thanks!
Hi Leigh,
I’ve removed the search below the Google Map. Is that what you’re looking for?
Thanks!
Hi Andrew,
Kindly refer to this link https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/why-do-my-locations-get-a-1-at-the-end/ and see if it helps. If it doesn’t, share your WP admin access and the URL of the page in question. You can use the private reply option below.
Thanks!
Hi Carin,
Thanks for your reply. That’s not the correct settings. You need to first update all your GD plugins by installing this plugin. https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/installing-addons/#updates . Then, enable the options you disabled and let us know if it works.
Thanks!
Hi Joel,
Thanks for your reply. Integrating the “BuddyPress profile menu” would require customization and I’d suggest that you look for a developer here. http://geodirectoryexperts.com/ . For your second screenshot, are you referring to the section below covering the navigation menu? Can you share a link to the URL of the page in question?
Thanks!
Hi Tilen,
Thanks for your patience. I will forward this to a developer for a second look.
Thanks!

Thanks for your reply. You can use the custom CSS code below to remove the SD “My Account”. How does the “BuddyPress profile menu” looks like?
li.sd-my-account.menu-item { display:none!important; }Hi Divanshu,
Thanks for your reply. There might be a conflict with another plugin, kindly deactivate all non-gd plugins and see if it works. Then reactivate each one by one and see which one is causing the issue you had there. If you need further assistance, share your WP admin access in private reply and we’ll check on it.
Thanks!
Hi Joel,
We can fix this by using the custom CSS code below. Let us know how it goes.
header#site-header { z-index:9999!important; } .buddypress .sd-container { margin-top:30px!important; }Hi Carin,
Please share the URL of the site in question so we can take a better look at it and also WP temp admin access to your site. You can post the details here using the private reply option below.
Thanks!
Hi Chris,
Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, we do not provide customizations here for support and I’d suggest that you check out this link instead http://geodirectoryexperts.com/
Thanks!
This reply has been marked as private.Hi there,
Thanks for your post. Unfortunately, what you needed there isn’t something that is currently possible to achieve out of the box. You can only “Select CPT to disable physical location” https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-general/#general . However, you can choose to find a developer here that could help you with the customization http://geodirectoryexperts.com/
Thanks!
Hi Evan,
Could you select the package and set “Apply description limit” to yes and then the limit to 0. Then hide the description with custom CSS and see if it works that way.
Thanks!
