Thanks for your reply. That’s not the correct settings. You need to first update all your GD plugins by installing this plugin. https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/installing-addons/#updates . Then, enable the options you disabled and let us know if it works.

Thanks for your reply. There might be a conflict with another plugin, kindly deactivate all non-gd plugins and see if it works. Hi Evan,

Could you select the package and set “Apply description limit” to yes and then the limit to 0. Then hide the description with custom CSS and see if it works that way.
