There is no option in GD that allows you to do that. But you can try using this addon from userswp.io https://userswp.io/downloads/mailchimp/ to force your users to subscribe to your mailchimp account.

The “WP Admin” bar can be switched “On” and “Off” here as shown in the attached screenshot. By default, the WP admin bar displays when you are logged in as “Admin”

Unfortunately, there isn’t an option that allows you to achieve that by default and would require customization. Have you tried using the fontawesome icon? It looks alot better that way and you can change it here in GD > Design > Detail > DEFAULT RATING SETTINGS > Enable Font Awesome
