Hi Iain,
Thanks for your reply. Before we troubleshoot further, could you possibly try deactivating all non-gd plugins and see if everything works correctly? If it does, activate back the plugins one by one and see which one is causing the issue you had earlier.
Thanks!

Hi Victor,
Could you please try removing the special character from the post city and post region as shown in the screenshot and just use “Bayamon”? Also, make sure the post ID is removed.
Thanks!
Hi Keri,
Well, you can export everything out and do your filtering in the CSV file. Here is some software for your reference https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-export/#important .
Thanks!

Hi Adrian,
Well, everything you see can be adjusted by custom CSS. I’d suggest that you learn more about customization here following this example https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/customizing-your-style/ . To correct that, replace the custom CSS element I’ve provided earlier with the below
#gd-sidebar-wrapper .geodir_more_info.geodir_public_trail:before { content: "Public Transport"; color: #000; margin-right: -80px; }Hi Henkie,
Let us know how it goes.

Hi Piyush,
All GD license keys can be found here https://wpgeodirectory.com/your-account/ . Which theme are you using right now?
Thanks!
Hi Henkie,
Well, since it’s on local, we won’t be able to help much. But you can try deactivating the plugins by renaming the plugin folder names. Then when the error is gone, you’ll be able to access the backend and know which plugin is causing the issue you had there.
Thanks!
Hi Henkie,
Thanks for your reply. Please share FTP access to your server so that I could fix this for you.
Thanks!
Hi Henkie,
Thanks for reaching us. Looks like the error is non-related to GD. Could you try deactivating all non-gd addons and see if you’re still getting this error? If not, please share WP temp admin access and we’ll check on it. You can post the details here using the private reply option below.
Thanks!
