Sorry for the late response. Just played around with it using the Google Dev Tools and it looks achieving this would require lots of customization, unfortunately. I’d suggest that you find a 3rd party developer to work it out for you.

Sorry for my mistake here. Just checked with a developer and enabling “My Accounts” on the “Navigation Menu” isn’t something that’s currently possible out of the box for GEO 1280 Child Theme and would require customization to achieve what you needed there.
