Hi Rita,

Our menus in Supreme Directory only supports up to 2 levels. Making it work with 3 levels would require major customization.

Thanks for the URLs. I’ve just tested it on my end and I’m able to see the issue there http://prntscr.com/fpp2aa . This looks like a plugin conflicting with gd. Could you please try deactivating all non-gd plugins and see if it fixes the issue there?
