Fatal Error problem

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    I have just installed the GD Framework and child framework. Uploaded all the plugins, plus a iThemes Security and Microthemer, go to the front page to have a look, and this is what I get….

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function geodir_count_reviews_by_terms() in /home/marri14/public_html/findcoup/wp-content/plugins/geodir_event_manager/gdevents_functions.php on line 2166

    Can you advise me what this is and what to do about it. I am not tach savvy, so any advice needs to be aimed at the lowest level.

    Hi,

    geodir_count_reviews_by_terms is a function of the core plugin.

    If the events is not finding functions from the core plugin, the core plugin must be deactivated or at least there must be something wrong about it.
