    Hi Lisvette,

    Could install the plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/email-log/ and check if the email is being correctly logged. If they are and still aren’t sent, the problem is at the server level.

    In that case 99% of times it can be solved installing and configuring an SMTP plugin.

    Yes, both uses the same feature. Could you share your Website URL? We can probably try hiding the reviews on the listings using custom CSS.

    Hi Eduardo,

    Since Supreme Directory itself is a child theme, it will be replaced everytime you update the theme. A workaround for this would be to reinsert the “translation” every time you update it.
