Hi Neil,
I’ve just tested the login link below the “Leave a Review” tab and it brings me to the GD login page as shown in this screenshot http://prntscr.com/ehushr . Did you happen to fix this on your own?
Thanks!
Hi Rita,
Are you trying to add the locations manually? If you are, please reconsider and read this section of the FAQ for best practices https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/location-manager-faqs/
Hi Mark,
Have you tried adding the fontawesome icon directly using custom CSS? Give it a try and let us know if it works.
Example
div#geodir_claimed_row:before { content: "\f006"; font: normal normal normal 15px/1 FontAwesome; }Hi kim,
I think it has got something to do with the “Bot Protection” as shown in this screenshot. http://prntscr.com/eht0mm . I’ve tested it on my local dev site and it works fine http://prntscr.com/eht192 . Using Internet Explorer 11 by the way.
Hi Rigots,
Unfortunately, we don’t have that yet, but please feel free to add this to the feature request list https://wpgeodirectory.com/requests/ so that it can get reviewed for a future update.
Thanks!
Hi Carlos,
Looks like something broke the slider. Could you please try disabling all non-gd plugins and see if it fixes the issue? If the issue persists, please share WP temp admin access to your site so we can take a better look. You can post the details here using the private reply option below.
Hi Jose,
Check out this link as it demonstrates all the theme we have https://wpgeo.directory/ . It really depends how much custom work you’ve applied to the current theme. If it’s not much, then switching to one of our theme shouldn’t be any problem. But please let us know if you need any assistance with it.
Thanks!
Hi there,
Could you try using the custom CSS code below to resize the logo on smaller devices? Insert into GD > Design > Scripts > Custom Style CSS
@media only screen and (max-width: 414px) { .site-logo img { max-width:80px!important } }Hi there,
Sorry, we won’t be able to help much since we’ve no access to it. Do you think you could push it to a dev URL so we can check?
Hi Kerry,
I’m so sorry for the late reply. I overlooked this thread. Could you please apply the custom CSS code below to fix the “Add Listing” page? Insert into GD > Design > Scripts > Custom Style CSS . I’d like you to know that the categories are added in the backend manually by administrators and it looks like you’ve already added some. As for the second screenshot, do you mean you want the listing details page to look like that? If you are, that would require customization which we do not offer. Let us know how it goes.
div#geodir-wrapper-content { padding:20px!important; }Hi there,
Thanks for sharing the credentials. I’ve applied custom CSS code below to remove the “Event Dates”. You can find the custom CSS code in GD > Design > Scripts > Custom Style CSS.
.featured-area .gde-recurring-cont { display: none!important; }Hi there,
I’ve just inspected those sample URLs you’ve shared and one of it is using S2 membership and here’s the link for your reference. https://wordpress.org/plugins/s2member/ . Have you gave it a try ?
Thanks!
Hi Stuart,
Thanks for reaching us. I’ve just checked the screenshot and I’m not really sure if I’m getting this. Could you tell us a little bit more about the issue there? Also, please share temp WP admin access to your Website so that we could check on the GD setup. You can post the details here using the private reply option below.
Thanks!
Hi there,
I’d like you to know that the Supreme Directory is already a child theme and which is why you’re getting that error. Could you please share your Website URL with me so I could tell you the correct CSS snippet to do this? Also, please share Wp-admin access so that I could check on the CSS you’ve inserted and see if you’re doing it correctly.
Thanks!
Hi Ben,
Looks like there is some sort of conflict with another plugin. Could you try deactivating all non-gd plugins and see if it fixes the issue there? If it works, reactivate each plugin until you find the culprit.
Thnaks!
