How to Create a Register/Login page

Hello.

I would like to create 2 pages:

1) Register

2) Login

Best examples I could find for Register pages were 2 of the showcase pages:

http://sancarlosdirectory.com/register/
http://openmindtrips.com/register/

For the login page,

http://sancarlosdirectory.com/gd-login/

How do I create pages like these?

Currently, I have an Add Listing page in the menu bar for each separate business/custom post type and I don’t want this.

I’ve just inspected those sample URLs you’ve shared and one of it is using S2 membership and here’s the link for your reference. https://wordpress.org/plugins/s2member/ . Have you gave it a try ?
