You can’t create a child theme from a child theme. What you can do here is to use a 3rd party plugin for your custom code such as the code snippets plugin and for the custom CSS code, you can just use the GD > Design > Script > Custom Style CSS section to store it.

2. If you want to display details tab, go to GD > Design > Details > Untick “Show as list” http://prntscr.com/e71q4e
