    Hi,

I have been able to translate pretty much everything in GD but I must have done something wrong regarding the following sentence, appearing after the add listing page (for two CPT) :

This is a preview of your listing and its not updated yet.
If there is something wrong then “Go Back and Edit” or if you want to update listing then click on “Publish”.

This sentence and others alike are located in the GD PO file in wp-content/languages/geodirectory and normally, the translation should work since everything else does with this file.

For some reason, I won’t translate (I was once capable of, but no longer, and once for a CPT, but not the other).

Are there others files (PO, config, php, other) I could have messed up with?

Thanks for your guidance on this,

    Guy

    Hi Guy,

If you’ve installed the “Payments Manager” addon, the string below has to be translated in the addons https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/translating-addons/

This is a preview of your listing and its not updated yet.
If there is something wrong then “Go Back and Edit” or if you want to update listing then click on “Publish”.

    Thanks!

    Yessss. Thank you!

Do you know why we were told (re: GD training video) to copy the GD directory MO file originated in the plugin file into a new “languages” folder just under wp-content? It doesn’t seem to have any effect and removing it doesn’t change anything : the mo file in the plugin folder does the job perfectly.

    Thanks,

    Guy

    Hi,

the mo file in the plugin folder will be wiped out after every update.

You must add the mo file in

    wp-content/languages/plugins/geodir_payments-en_US.mo

    or

    /wp-content/languages/geodir_payments/geodir_payments-en_US.mo

    Thank you
