Hi Telebek,
Have you tried creating a custom GD home page using your theme’s template? Refer to this section of the documentation https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/basic-installation/#home . If you’ve done that and still doesn’t work, could you please share WP temp admin access to your site so we can take a better look? You can post the details here using the private reply option below.
Thanks!

Hi Akhil,
You can try creating “City Neighborhoods” as mentioned in this section of the documentation https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/manage-location/#hood . Let us know if it’s what you’re looking for.
Thanks!
Hi Akhil,
You’ll need to install the “Multilocation” addon in order to use different locations or regions. https://wpgeodirectory.com/downloads/location-manager/
Thanks!
Hi Worapan,
I’ve just checked with a developer and the reason this happens is because you are using the wrong “locale” for the translation files. It has to be geodirectory-th.po and not geodirectory-th_TH.po. Here’s the link for your reference https://wpcentral.io/internationalization/ . Also, we have corrected the file path and here’s your reference http://prntscr.com/dwn0aq . Could you try translating the rest of the texts and see if it works now?
Thanks!

I’d like you to check this section of the documentation as it covers this topic https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/basic-installation/#home . Well, let us know how it goes or if it helps.
Thanks!
Hi Matt,
Thanks for the explanation. Unfortunately, I’m not really sure how to replicate this issue as it seems to work fine when I switch “Vendor Categories” using the “Navigation Menu”. Perhaps you could record a short screencast that demonstrates this? Use this tool for your recording http://screencast-o-matic.com/
Thanks!
Hi mrv,
You should be able to edit the listing publish date as shown in this screenshot http://prntscr.com/dwf68l . Is this what you mean? If not, could you please elaborate a little bit more? Perhaps some screenshots?
Thanks!
Hi Nate,
Glad that you sorted it out yourself. Well, enjoy GD and let us know if you need anything else.
Thanks!
Hi Akhil,
Regarding the review issue, could you please go through this section of the documentation and see if it helps?
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/basic-installation/#discussionThanks!
Hi Akhil,
You need to have more than one “Custom Post Types” in order to display the dropdown CPT selection. Also, you need to have listings in all CPT’s. If you’ve setup everything correctly and it’s still not displaying, please share WP temp admin access to your site so we can take a better look. You can post the details here using the private reply option below.
Thanks!
Hi Christian,
I’d like you to know that with the recent changes to the browser requirement, you need to enable SSL for your Website if you need “Geolocation” to work. Please check out this reply and see if it helps https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/the-function-of-nearme/#post-256154 . Well, I hope it helps and please let us know how it goes.
Thanks!
Hi Pierre,
Images are loaded/Uploaded when you add a new listing on the frontend. If you wish to add more images to your listings, locate the listings in the backend and upload it directly as shown in this screencast. http://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cbVDDBQEBO
Thanks!
Hi Pierre,
Could you please open a new thread for your own issue? This seems out of topic.
Thanks!
