That category is displayed using a shortcode that’s hard coded on the page. Unfortunately, you can only set the limit for popular post categories as explained here https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-shortcodes/#popcats .
Anyway, you can change the shortcode to something else which you can refer to this section of the documentation https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-shortcodes/ . To do that, locate this file supreme-directory/content.php and change the shortcode on this line 38
[gd_popular_post_category category_limit=5]

I’ve just checked your Website and I realized that you’ve inserted a login widget into the login page. That will not work, though, you should just leave it empty since you’ve already set the login page in GD > Permalinks > Login Page http://prntscr.com/byo7xj and the login page should display a register and login form automatically. Well, let us know how it goes.
