Plugin automatic updates not available

Hi,

The automatic update for the core plugin is fonctional but not for the addons, the ones I have installed now are :

Claim manager
Events
Custom post types
Location manager
Payment manager

Anyway to set it up so I can update the plugins without having to unstall the old versions and re-installing the updated versions? Would save me alot of trouble.

I’m having this issue also, I have all the licsense keys in the section. It does not update them, it fails everytime. Can we manually update files via ftp?

hi,

yes you can download the zip files and update via FTP, or you can use a plugin like this too: https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-theme-and-plugin-upgrades/

If automatic updates are not working, it could be due to license activated while on another domain (staging website), in that case you need to deactivate them all and reactivate them to make them valid for the new domain too.

If that’s not the case the problem could be an old version of OpenSSL installed on your server.
