Thank you for doing that.

So what is the solution? We need to be able to send the people who have draft listings invoices to resubscribe. I have just tried sending an invoice and reminder to myself for the test profile and have not received and email invoice or reminder at all.

When I accidentally made the profile live I did receive an email saying it was live, so some emails are obviously working but not the reminders.

I was advised by support on this forum to cancel the subscriptions before we increased the prices so I don’t really know what to do now.

The ‘Yoast SEO’ plugin update broke the admin so I have replaced that with an older version and it’s working again fine.

So its just the issues with the floating profiles that I really need help with.

OK, I deleted all my sandbox accounts and created a new one and that worked.

Thanks for that, I do have admin rights but was signed in as a customer. That subscriptions screen is really useful.

The big issue however is the profiles which are not receiving the emails and have not gone into draft. What can we do about them?

How to make the payment? My regular paypal and sandbox accounts don’t seem to work with this sandbox.

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you.

How long would the sandbox mode be on and what timezone are you in? Would be ok for the site to go into ‘maintenance’ if you are working on it when most of our customers are not on it.

Or I can get the hosts to put up a dev version for you to test on.
