Hi there.
Sorry to resurrect this again but I have been unable to figure out what is wrong here – all the settings seem correct but listings are not being moved to draft when they expire.
My client is pretty annoyed as they have loads of listings that are still live but payment is overdue.
Can someone help? Would be much appreciated!

Any ideas why the emails wouldn’t be going to hotmail? Customers are also having problems.

How weird. I’ve just tried it with a gmail email and it went to spam, as did the ones from last night, but hotmail hasn’t received any and i definitely have an account with that.

I managed to renew a listing in sandbox which worked fine but Live is broken for renewals and for new profiles.
This transaction attempt has failed. We are unable to redirect you back to the web store from which you were purchasing. The details of the failure are given below.
Status: ERROR
Status Detail: 5080 : Form transaction registration failed.

Have you tested it and if so how did you get round that?

Regardless of whether they are your top spending customer or not their business is relying on something that they commissioned from you and they asked specifically to speak to you to understand why because I cant explain it to them.
It’s just good customer service.
You’ve also not told me anything? It was me that told you it was probably Sagepay. Can you tell me what you think is wrong and why it broke? That would help them understand.
I’ve asked them for it but we’ve been unable to locate it.
I think it’s very unfair that you wont have a private conversation with them, they paid a lot of money to have that Sagepay plugin developed by you and none of you can take the time to give them an explanation as to why it might be broken?
Hi guys and further forward with this? The client is really on my case now and wants to speak to you directly – can you share a support email?
Any luck with this? Client is quite stressed out and asking for an update.
