Overdue expired listings not moving to draft

    Hi there,

    My client has been in touch to query why some of the listings on their site which are overdue to be paid have not automatically turned to draft.

    The listing price they are on is set to downgrade to expire so I’m not sure what else could be the issue.

    Any ideas?
