Ok, that’s odd. Can’t remember changing anything? But then this conversion was a bit of an overload. I am so pleased to see my search working the way I want it to.
Thank you so much for ratting that out!
Thanks
LiseI appreciate your help so much. I can see my map markers are working well now. V2 and Supreme theme looks very good!
Thanks
LiseAll good now. The linked locations are showing up the way I like them to.
Thank you!
LiseI have been in to tick that now but no change. I only see the viewing franchise, not the other location franchise.
That’s very strange. I can see that as well in my Chrome developer tools. How can that happen?
I have deactivated all plugins apart from the geodirectory ones but no luck getting my markers back.
Any next steps to try?

I would like to report back that I have finally cracked this problem. If I were more experienced, I would have cottoned on sooner. When I made sure each email contained one continuous sentence of at least 80 words, all emails started sending. This is why the verification email was the only one to send from the claim listing plugin.
If no other geodirectory users have this problem, I suspect it must have been the hosting mail-out server that stopped the emails.
Thanks for helping sort this out.
Kind regards,
LiseI am still having issues. This is how it works:
In a browser where I am not logged in, I navigate to a listing I want to claim.
I click the claim listing link and click to register a new account. The account is successfully registered and I am auto-logged in per my admin set-up.
The admin email is sent successfully but the email to the new user to inform them of their login details is sent (SMTP email log confirmation) but not received by my gmail and not in spam but is returned to my admin email as undeliverable.
I am now directed back to the front page instead of back to the listing I am trying to claim. In a different logged in the browser (admin credentials) I see that the listing I am trying to claim is not pending. When I navigating back to the listing in the first browser, the listing does not say that a verification link has been sent.
In the first browser, while logged in as the user, I now choose to click the claim listing link again. It now tells me that a “listing verification” email has been sent. I now receive an email verification link to the same email that did not get the registration confirmation email.
I can now verify via the email link and the listing is successfully claimed, however, the follow-up “claim listing approved” email is sent by the system (SMTP email log) but I never receive it and it is returned to my admin email as undeliverable.
In case it is relevant:
I have userswp installed.I removed GD Booster as it completely blocked registrations and replaced with wp super cache and Automtimize following GD instructions.
The SMTP plugin sends successful test emails without warnings and diagnostic and connectivity tests show correct settings. My hosting has confirmed correct TXT and MX records and DKIM and SPF records installed on Cloudflare.
Thanks

Between your feedback and my hosting, I was able to narrow it down. Not surprisingly I suppose, it was the CloudFlare firewall settings. They must be blocking older and less secure (like mobile) browsers from logging in. Changed from medium to basically off. I am now relying on my MalCare firewall which does not seem to create any problems so far.
I suppose anyone else using CloudFlare and having an active firewall in their settings will experience the same? Was a bit difficult to rat out the problem as I do not usually test login on my mobile or on non-updated browsers.
Thanks,
LiseCould it be a browser issue? I’m stumped because I could log in as well but on mobile I could not and she could not log in from her browser (explorer?). Not sure where to start looking?
I use CloudFlare. Not sure if that could block some browsers.
Not sure how you can recreate it because not sure what causes issue. Seems not to be IP since I could not log in on my iPhone.
Try different browser or user agent?
