email issues for registration and listing claim

    Hi,
    I am trying to solve email delivery issues for https://myschooladvisor.com.au

    I have installed an SMPT plugin that also logs the emails.

    I can successfully deliver emails from WordPress without warnings using the test function in the plugin so SMTP settings get confirmed with CloudFlare.

    Claim Listing:
    When I am in a logged out browser, click to claim a listing and fill in my details for a new account, I immediately get an admin email to inform me that I have a new user registration, and the new account email is sent to user but never delivered (not in spam folder).

    There is no pending claim registered in the GD listing claims and the email log never registers an email for the Listing Approved.

    Not sure if this is two different problems or related.
