This reply has been marked as private.No, i’ve had no problem either. I logged in as the user that sent the email stating a problem and created a listing without issue. I am sure if one user has a problem it must be the same for everyone?
I am going to put it down to an issue their end as from what I’ve tested and your reply there seems to be no issue with the system.

Thanks Alex. When I’ve logged back in this morning the message re API is no longer there and the other settings on the site (ie i noticed yesterday when a user logged in it showed their listings in a grid results not list as has always been the setting) but has now reverted back to normal. Very odd. Have now updated the site to the new one available so hopefully it was just some weird blip that’s resolved itself- the site now seems to be working fine from user perspective! Thanks for your help.

Ok, thanks for letting me and them know Sue- seemed odd as a series if blips with the GD for no apparent reason. Luckily two users messaged me about both problems otherwise I’d have had no idea but it could still have been like it for days before i found out!

I tried various searches – various locations around the UK and keywords, and listed yard name. It works now though thank you Alex.
I’ve never had this issue before. Is clearing the cache something that should be done regularly? If so, where on the admin do I find this? I always worry that clearing things may lose data!?
