Hi Kiran,
I just wanted to give a little feedback.
Also the import of new translations and the linking with the original language works fine.
Today I imported and linked 800 pharmacies of the Province of ALicante / Spain in only 2 hours.
Otherwise it would have taken 1 boring week. You saved me life time, thank you again.https://altea.me/en/health-sanitary/kategorie/pharmacies-spain-province-of-alicante/
Best regards – Mark

thank you very much. Sorry my answer is late.Ok, thats what i imagined. Its not a real translation. Original Text is just shown in other language pages. But in the original text language.
So i will not use that.
Have a good time Kiran – kind regards – MarkOctober 16, 2019 at 6:53 pm in reply to: Imported languages via csv are not automatically linked to original language. #513475Ty very much Alex. Sorry could not answer immediately.
I was thinking the same direction. And tried that already. But it does not work for ENtries which are already in the trash. Because they dot get exported.
I was hoping someone knows the post_status for entries in the paper basket. I will search for that in the wp documentation.
Reason is Time:
In my eported files for example, i found post_status like “expired”
Now I can reimport a csv with post_status=”epired”. Than in WP backend i can move epired posts into the trash. And then delete the trash.This works fine with small amounts of entries. With a file that contains 700 entries and page list of 100 Entries, i ve to mark and choose them all and move them for 7 pages into trash. Then delete trash. It takes some time and server is working hard. But i ve also files with more then 10.000 adresses. I did not import those huge files yet before knowing more about quick deletion.
Anyway – i someone knows the post_status for trashed entries, nice. If not have a good time – and tx – Mark

Thank you very much, sir. Looks very good.
Here my feedback
I just exported and checked the fire brigades category. The Snippet category export still works fine. The files now contain the additional fields exactly as you wrote.Deutsch = Originalsprache
ID=24079
wpml_lang=de
wpml_translation_of= empty
wpml_is_duplicate=0English = Übersetzung
ID=2410
wpml_lang=en
wpml_translation_of= 24079
wpml_is_duplicate=0For what is duplicate used?
This is a great help and time saving, thank you. I’ve spent days linking it. I’ll get back to you with the next import and if it worked.
Sometimes I overlooked an error during the import and have to delete the records, e.g. move them to the trash. Where can I find the possible values for post_status? Standard is publish. Does something have to be deleted or expired?
I’d like to be able to put an entire import file in the trash. So far I delete these entries manually
Should I open a new ticket for this question?
Have a nice weekend and thank you very much – Markus

Wow that would be great, i am so bored of hours to link the translations.Have a good start into the day – Mark
Hi Alex,
tx, i am using yoast.
I will try that ty – Mark@alex
thank you also very much Alex for the answer to so late hour.
Hey you work hard for your great project 😉There isn’t a way to export those as they are dynamically generated.
Your answer is disappointing. is there really no way to import meta title and meta description? I would also hire a programmer because that is essential for the visibility of the address entries in the search engines. But i need some information.
What use are 100,000 great addresses if they are not in the index because of missing meta data?If they are dynamically generated, there has to be a VAriable that contains the content from which they are generated.
I would like to import the meta text for title and decription into these variables.
I think it’s extremely important, because what’s the point of google and co including the entries in the index only marginally, because there is no differentiated meta description or meta title.
Manually this is not possible with a large number of addresses. I would need 100 years to do this.

Tx Kor for at so late hour 😉
Example: Google lists an address entry for a city hall after a first crawl.
The link goes to a detailed entry in the directory cpt Authorities / City Halls.
There is no meta title and no meta description within that entryHow i do import new entries
1. I create a new address entry in WP for a category. e.g. CPT Health / Category Pharmacies
2. i export the category with the snippet categorie export into a csv file
3. i add additional items to this file
4. i import the csv file
I do that for all 3 languages into the three differnt language categoriesBut I don’t find a field for the meta title or the meta description in the firtst exported file. So I cannot import these important fields with the added entries.
I would like to know if these fields exist and what they are called.

Sorry my English is not able to explain that better. Please ask if anything is not clear.
Have a nice night – Mark
Hi Kiran.

SOLVED
October 8, 2019 at 9:50 am in reply to: Imported languages via csv are not automatically linked to original language. #512091oops
my last post should end up at the other ticket to wpml.
events add on translation wpml
This was about the location category translation. And that’s solved Kiran.
The problem with the link of translation import csv files is not solved yet. Please excuse.
Since it is very time-consuming to link translations manually, it would be nice if you could check it or tell me if it does not work.
Best regards, Markus

thanks, yes, i installed the events add on last – after wpml. I should have found it myself. I’m angry because I made trouble for you again.
But there are so many adjusting screws – and after a few days of searching I opened a ticket.Thanks again – it works. MArkus
solved 😉
Hey Alex – working on saturday evenings 😉 Welcome to the club and tx.
