Using the old license instead of a passwords seems to have fixed it. I am also now able to add the new license keys.

Thanks so much for your patient help!

Hi – I tried using the “Clear all version numbers” tool, and I am still not able to update the add-ons. I don’t see a place in my GD install to enter the license number (the Auto Updates setting asks for my GD username/password). Do you know of anything else I could try?

I appreciate all of your help.

That did the trick – thank you!

One other issue that popped up is that I am unable to get auto-updates to work on the add-ons. Looking through some other threads, I see that there is a new licensing setup, but mine still asks for username/password. I double-checked that those were up to date. Do you know how I can correct that?

Thanks so much for your help.

Cool – that is helpful. I was able to make it work by simply grabbing the user’s username and plugging that dynamically in the author listing page URL. Since we only use one type of listing, that should be good enough. I realized what I was really looking for was a direct link to “Edit this Post,” but I’m guessing that would be a more involved process.

    Thanks again!
