It did not work in either location. the coding is currently in the GD>designs>scripts
The Plugin is still in the plugin list just not activated. You have permission to activate it.
Plugin: Latest Post Shortcode
As soon as I activate the plugin I get the error message. I attached a screenshot of where I see the error message.

I don’t understand what that is saying. Doing a quick search says that it deals with caching. We did not mess with anything outside of adding CSS.
As for the Spacing issue, When the theme was reset it returned the spacing to how it should be, but that is not how we want it. We need to reduce the white space by 1/2 to 2/3 of the left and right sides.
