Most of the labels / strings can be translated using the .po/.mo files but I think you knew that, so I guess some label is from the custom fields.
Head into the post type settings, eg place settings, and on the right side you’ll find th fields, expand them and translate the label.I will notify Paolo about your subscription-thing.

If you’re knowledgable in JS (Google map API) you can edit the map, but there are no options about path.
Hello Giuseppe, this is not possible either, the default post type is set globally. What you can do is to set a Listing map, not a Home Map (but I’m sure you knew that)

SimoneHello, the listings caould have many sorting such as by number of Reviews, Ratings, Name, Latest (chronolical), Random or if they are set as Featured
The sidebar is loaded below, in the bottom. Adding the code in the instructions I sent you earlier will fix the layout
having a child theme is highly suggested
