Ok, good stuff
This reply has been marked as private.Products are woocommerce products. They are able to be booked, and reserved. I want to build a site with Woocommerce products that can be linked to a listing.
That way a client can come in and search the products near them so they can buy and book them to be delivered.
in teh future, I will like to scale to have people come in to search for products (services) that are linked to a listing/business.
Imagine a directory of barbers with different services/wooproducts all linked to their listing. You come in and search for a hair cut for men with highlights. All these services near you show up, and you select it and book.
linking-custom-post-types is exactly what I had in mind.
When a user is adding a product, they can choose to link it to a GD CPT which they own, this way it would show up in their tabs for the listing as “Products” e.t.c.
I might be wrong but the linking-custom-post-types there is related only to GD CPTs.
I have searched for this topic, and it appears a lot of people are seeking the same capabilities.
example, Geo My WP has a free posts addon here. But, I feel GD can incorporate this into their core product.
Is this something you guys are planning to implement?
My directory is product focused and not necessarily business focused.
Thanks!
Hi there Stiofan, thanks for the rapid response. Yes they do have some addons for that, but it does not do geolocation. I was hoping to:
Get the product when it is created ->
Get the Author ->
Get the authors listing ( if not admin & I will limit listings to just one) ->
Get the address on the listing ->
Hook unto and Call the geodirectory function that adds geocoded addresses to a table by ID and GeoCode ->
Add the ID of the product, CPT, and geocodeGeomywp does something similar i believe. I am just asking your thought, I am not a developer :0)

I used the GD setting for details that says display tabs as vertical for a bandaid.

The logo requirements appear to be very specific as well, yeah? Any hints about what logo dimensions to use or CSS?
Thanks!

Has your priority shifted back to this requirement?
It is highly critical to separating you from the competition.
Aside: I uploaded and activated the Events plugin, and the error went away.
