No pressure sir, I actually misread it and realized it said “we just have to wait”. I do wish it can be fixed and would like to continue using GeoDirectory. Also I would like to include that I believe the problem started after I attempted to migrate files from a Shared Hosting Account to a VPS account, if that helps let me know.
My visitors can not view the Homepage therefore I have no use for the plug-in. If I can not have the issue resolved I ask that you guys please refund me the cost of the Location Management Add-on then the plug-in will be deactivated & deleted.
Can you tell me what I should do in the mean time?
Here I have logged into my account in which I used to purchase the Location Management plug-in, is it possible now that you can assist me with this? I do love GeoDirectory and plan to purchase several more add-ons. May you please assist me with the Homepage issue?
