yes the buttons are not responding to clicks. I have went through the conflict test and have deactivated all the plugins. The buttons started working. I then started reactivating the plugins one by one on geodirectory (all other plugins deactivated) and it was fine until i activated Location manager.

on item 3. i’m happy with the map as a sidebar, but was thinking of also having a custom header like the one for location something with a category name against an image. my understanding is that Supreme augments gd location page to do that , so to get a header for category it is gd archive page that would need a custom header. my understanding is that there isn’t an option to it at this moment.
yes it could be. it’s the same with other sites using geodirectory that i found on this forum. i will poke around but i’m still learning geodirectory and wp so i’ll put this on the back burner for now. I am able to access the location pages and have a long list of items to go through. once this becomes critical and I can’t solve it i’ll re-activate this. ty!

i tried the incognito. i don’t have any quirky browser extensions (amazon, pineterest,dropbox,evernote and such) especially not on firefox or ie. barely use those two. I also tried it on another family laptop. same issue. i’m going to try one more tomorrow but I fail to see anything unifying. is there a log that’s created when calls to functions are made or something like this to investigate?I see what you mean. when I tested on my phone it works just fine. On my laptop I tried on chrome and ie . it doesn’t work. I cleared all the cache data and it persists. Has anyone reported anything like this before?

so does Supreme have a third column (left sidebar) or not? If the option is not customizer then it’s not, right? so why are you telling me to go look there? Your documentation for the themes fails to show what layouts are available in each. What differentiates Whoop from Supreme. Your users have to install and play with your themes in order to understand what features each has on a very basic level. I looked through your forum and everyone is asking the same questions. Why not simply compile these into a better documentation for your product? Your addons are great but you don’t give enough information on layouts/lookandfeel. In addition, I just purchased the membership to see if GEO1240 was a better layout for me (both side bars and wider content space) and realized that I also have to purchase Genesis??? This is very unclear on your membership or theme page. You simply cannot put that GEO themes are included in the membership like that.

1 when you say ‘if you have set the location page as the homepage, I would recommend choosing a different page.’ i’m not sure what you mean. I followed the instructions for setting up homepage(front page) and i don’t see that location page is set to a homepage or vice-versa. (see attachment) and if that’s not the case then why didn’t the code in the documentation work? The code for title removing works but not resize. if it’s too complicated i’m just happy that it worked.
2 does supreme theme have an option to have left side or it’s a 2 column layout. couldn’t find info. tia
