The free plugin only allows to submit listings in 1 location. Are your trying to submit listings for more than 1 like in the sample file?

please try to transfer the files and db manually and use a tool like this to change the domain name.

Probably duplicator is breaking serialized strings or is leaving behind few db tables..

In v2 we use IDs as we are doing it the standard WP way which uses wp_set_post_terms() which states:

If you want to enter terms of a hierarchical taxonomy like categories, then use IDs. If you want to add non-hierarchical terms like tags, then use names.

I asked to the developers if there is any major reason why it hasn’t been added yet.

My guess is that a multiselect in the main bar (that requires the user to press the ctrl key to select multiple values) would be a challenging UX for most.

But there could be other reasons. We’ll let you know.
