The map in home page is a widget and can be found in :

geodirectory-widgets/home_map_widget.php

Starting from there your developer can recreate a new widget (possibly in a child theme) that behaves exactly as you wish.

I would say the problem is 99.9% due to cloudflare rocket js feature enabled.
You should disable it and clear your cache.

If you want to minify and concatenate css and js files, please use GD Booster, Cloudflare Rocket js isn’t compatible and probably never will.
