Hi Jeffrey,
You’d add the code above to your theme functions.php file.
The plugin is made so that its functions can be modified without modifying it’s file.
Files of the plugin should never be modified.
Let us know,
Thx
That is how it works, it creates an entry for each date, no matter if they are conscutive or not.
Thx
Best thing would be to rename the old avada child theme, upload the new and than activate the plugin.
This way it’s impossible to fail.
Thx
HI David, I’ve replied in your other topic. You have Tabs before the long coordinates in many of your listings.
Thx
Nope, the markers have nothing to do with the child theme, that is to allow you to insert the map in a full width section as you asked.
The problem you have is due to illegal characters in the data of some of your listings.
Example: Belterra Cohousing has a TAB before the long coordinate:
“ln”: ” -123.35257″,
Remove that space before the minus.
Same in : Prairie Sky Cohousing Cooperative
“ln”: ” -114.05451″,
and : Urban Green Cohousing
“ln”: ” -113.49370″,
Just make sure you enter data with care avoiding to copy and paste extra formatting.
Thx
Let me recap.
At the beginning we made an Avada Child theme where all compatibility functions were included.
Since last update, John moved the compatibility functions inside a plugin and removed them from the theme.
If you don’t install the new avada child theme, before activating the plugin, it will try to decalre functions twice and you will get that error.
1st update the avada child theme, then the plugin.
Hope it is clear now.
Yes you can disable the share location addon.
Thx
Hi Valerie,
1st you will need to activate the new avada child theme, than the plugin.
At that point you can move the syle.css from your old child theme to keep your changes if any.
Let us know,
Thanks
Hi,
I’ve just updated Enfold in our test site: http://dropct.com/enfold/
and it doesn’t appears to have broken anything.
That said, I’ve never seen a template with a layout like yours, so I’m not sure what maybe causing this.
I’ll ask John to have a look, but he will probably need wp admin credentials.
Thanks
Honestly, I wouldn’t know where to start from. It’s definitely not going to be a simple tweak.
It would require some time to study the issue, it would require extra backend options and rewriting basically all queries.
But as i said, let’s leave the last word to Stiofan.
Thx
Hi Selen,
if you want to know if the problem is a bug in the plugin or a problem in your website, you can always check our demo. It is always updated and doesn’t use any other 3rd party plugins.
To understand your problem we would need a better description of the problem and possibly a link to your website with wp admin credentials.
Let us know,
Thx
Everything can be done, once the code is written to do what you have in mind.
What I meant is that GeoDirectory should be able to sort by Featured or Title. Not a combination of the two.
Thx
Hi,
I’ve flagged for Stiofan as I am not sure of the answer.
Thx for your patience
Honestly,
I don’t think you can have a double sorting. So it is either Featured or Alphabetic.
Not a combination of the 2.
@stiofan correct me if I’m wrong.
Thx
