Hi Brian,
can you post this in requests?
Thanks
This reply has been marked as private. It should be in the core plugin translation file.
Let us know if you can’t find it.
The main problem with that method is that the custom field created to replace the original description, doesn’t replace the content in the profile tab of the listing detail page…
Of the title part you can only change the “location” word. The rest of the title at the moment can’t be changed and it will be Location country region city – site title.
You will be able to add unique front-end and meta descriptions for all locations with the next release.
Can you provide more information about the last part? I think I understand the whole concept, but I’m not entirely sure how we should fix this.
To which link should we add the rel=”canonical” element? Only to the default location link?
Let us know,
We are fixing it. You had a country called Espana, created before the latest release of multilocation without ISO code.
Now the plugin is looking for ISO code so it can be translated and never fail.
Once we delete the Espana location you will be able to use the Spain country (with ISO code) and translate the name to Espana through the language file.
Stiofan is working on your website right now, which should be fixed in the next few minutes.
BTW, very nice website!
it could also be something related to a space or an error in the theme functions.php code or a plugin code.
Check that your theme functions.php doesn’t have any spaces/tabs after the php closing tag ( ?> ).
Thx
Same here, I see no problem on your website.
Try to delete your cache and cookies. It’s seems to be an expired login cookie creating the problem.

Hi,
google maps API dont work properly on localhosts sometimes.
I’d suggest to install in a live server so we can also help you better.
Yes users can add new locations that are not in your database, by simply adding a new listing for the location they want to create.
Let us know,
Of course it can. It will be both single site and multisite compatible.
Thx
complete tutorial of how I added it to our demo can be found here:

Do you have the Genesis compatibility pack installed and active?
ThxHi,
it seems like the map wodget isn’t in the right widget area.
In our demo the map is in the div with class gd-genesis-home-top, while in your website it is in the div with class site-inner.
Do you have the home top section enalbed in GeoDirectory >> design >> home?
That’s the widget area where you should add the map.
Let us know,
Thx
You need to install the Custom Post Type addon and to add new CPT go to GeoDirectory >> Custom Post Types >> Add post type.
I suggest to check how the default post type is created to know what to write in each field.
Thanks
