Hi,

the admin can set the price as recurring or not. If you want to offer both options to your visitors, you’ll need 2 prices, 1 recurring, 1 not.

Are you listing in more than one city? If yes you need the location manager
Are you using the claim listing function? If yes you need the claim listing
Will you need search filters based on custom fields? If yes, you need the advance search add-on
If you charge for featured listings, you need the pricing manager add-on.

the license keys that you have in there are the old ones and they are all expired.

I deactivated the license for events, added the new / correct one and activated it.

The update worked as expected. Please visit this page to get the new and correct licenses:

You will need to deactivate all old licenses and activate the new licenses. This happens because you didn’t renew the old licenses (4 months) , but decided to buy new licenses (12 months).
