You can do that via advance search. Example: https://wpgeo.directory/supreme-directory/?geodir_search=1&stype=gd_event&s=+&snear=&event_start=June+1%2C+2019&event_end=June+30%2C+2019&sgeo_lat=&sgeo_lon=
You need to add the Search by date to the advance search filters with the search type “range in from” option enabled.
Or you could use months as categories or tags.

What registration form are you using on the “register” page? Because the registration form on the gd-login page appear to be working just fine…

You need to add the package field to the other custom post type like it’s been added to the real estate CPT.
You can find that in:
Places > Settings > Custom Fields.
You can check what I did in the Real Estate custom fields for reference.

you need to enable add listing from front end for that post type.
This can be done In Places > Settings > General (show advanced) > Disable frontend add and untick the checkbox.
Same goes for events.
In that case it’ll be Events > Settings > General (show advanced) > Disable frontend add and untick the checkbox.

There is one version for v1 and another (that was given just to you directly from the developer) for v2.

What you can do now from your other page is to link this page instead of adding paypal buttons. The payment will be handled by the Invoicing plugin seamlessly.

GeoDirectory 1st require the user to fill in the form to submit the listing, than he’s redirected to pay to get it published.

Allows to set a different category description for each location. It can be found where you enter new place categories.

Answer is the same, unless they made it compatible with GDV1 I fear it is not.
V2 when released on wordpress.org will be the only version we will continue to develop and support.
We will only release security patches for v1 for few months when and if required to allow everyone a smooth transaction.
