    1) Core plugin is v1. Must be v2 to work with v2 add-ons.
    2) You must install wp easy updates plugin to get fields to activate licenses: https://wpeasyupdates.com

    There is no way to do that, unless you use neighborhood filed too and adapt it to your needs.

    However Google will not return the correct data in each filed, so everything would have to be filled by you as admin from the back end.

    In Custom Post Type settings, there is an option to disable the address (Disable physical location?) you need to click the show advanced button to see it.

    The answer is both. GeoDirectory is equally good for a city or state directory.

    What you decide to do should be the thing were YOU think you can shine most.
