BOOM! That did it! Thanks!
-P 🙂
Awesome – getting there – got the start and end date in the events search bar… BUT the results don’t seem to be in any date order – can I display search results by ascending date? Some sort of shortcode? Or perhaps something I’m missing in the events search setup tab? So close!
-P 🙂
I get that for a day, but what I’m looking for is showing all events for a month – such as all May events for 2019. How do I do that?
-Paul
that worked
I have looked at the archive item template – I still have the default:
>>>>
[gd_archive_item_section type=’open’ position=’left’]
[gd_post_images type=’image’ ajax_load=’true’ link_to=’post’ show_logo=’true’ ]
[gd_archive_item_section type=’close’ position=’left’]
[gd_archive_item_section type=’open’ position=’right’]
[gd_post_title tag=’h2′]
[gd_author_actions author_page_only=’1′]
[gd_post_distance]
[gd_post_rating alignment=’left’ list_hide_secondary=’2′]
[gd_post_fav show=” alignment=’right’ list_hide_secondary=’2′]
[gd_post_meta key=’business_hours’ location=’listing’ list_hide_secondary=’2′]
[gd_output_location location=’listing’]
[gd_post_content key=’post_content’ limit=’60’ max_height=’120′]
[gd_archive_item_section type=’close’ position=’right’]
<<<<I just don’t see, in the short codes above, anything that seems to cover “no comments” – and the page design section of the new docs don’t go into that detail… is there some documentation I need to check out that explains those short codes so I can figure out which one I need to edit or remove?

that must have been it – silly of me not to think of that! Looks good now.
-P 🙂
I spoke too soon! Now things work – but not consistently.
Here is a category page we use:
https://www.iron.org/chamber-directory/
If you click on something like “Health & Well Being” – the category link is fine and it goes to a proper listing page.
If you click on “Contractors” – the link looks fine, but it redirects to an invalid page and gives me a 404 error.
Ugh!
-Paul
I *think* I have solved the problem – I went back to the default setting for the GeoDirectory permalinks, and it seems to work.
-Paul
Looks like that did the trick! Thanks!
-P 🙂
I checked and the recommended CSS is in there – so that’s good.
But still doesn’t seem to be doing the trick. Here’s an example page:
Still not full width – I’m cool with either full width OR it showing the sidebar widgets. Right now, it’s neither.
-Paul
Thanks – where did you put that CSS to get the full width?
