thanks for the fast reply 🙂
I tried it out and as usual it works like a charm
Thanks again for your outstanding support
Hi Stiofan
I know you folks are quite busy but is there any eta about this next release?
Or is there any patch that I can apply by myself, as I should get 2 more sites up affected by this.
Regards
Hi Chris
have you tried to place the shortcode in a code module yet?
I’ havn’t tried this with UserWP, but it solved some issues I had with other shortcode inserts.
If you placed it into a Text module – have you checked in text modus to see if there was something else inserted then the shortcode?
Thanks Paolo – this is great news. Will give it a try this weekend.
WOW – now that was fast! Works like a charm.
Thanks a lot Stiofan – happy Sunday 🙂

Sorry about the late reply, just noticed your message.
The good news is that I could resolve the issue in my case easier then I thought.
I just made a new page and added the GD Map Home Page Widget in the GD Home Top Section.
Then I set this page as the GD Home in Permalinks – so people have the choice to browser the directory via map or via text listings.
Thanks stiofan – works like a charm 🙂
Happy weekend
Hi Stiofan
Thanks for your reply, just thought I mention it, as it is brand new 🙂
Hi Giri
thanks for having a look into this 🙂
Just another feature that could be useful for UserWP came to my mind:
The possibility to disallow certain usernames to be used like admin, administrator etc.
Maybe a field would be great where one could add a list of disallowed users.Hi Giri
just noticed a minor cosmetic thing:
In the WP User administration-> User Edit UWP adds below the Account Managent (at the bottom)
the option to add a banner and a profile picture. Also other plugins add additional user options there. For example I use AffiliateWP which adds some options too.
What I think might be great is if the UWP options would have a title to distinguish to which plugin they belong.
I just tripped over that and started searching through AffiliateWP searching where to enable/disable them as those options didn’t show on another site where I used AffiliateWP too, but not UWP
